My Page is a Vitaliv platform, where you can easily manage your subscription and personal data.


You need to use your email or phone number and password that you’ve received in one of our emails to access the platform. If you cannot find your password, it’s not a problem, just use the “reset password” feature and you will get a new password to your email or via SMS.

Manage your subscription and data

Once you’ve entered My Page platform, you will see all your personal data, active subscriptions and the balance of your Vitapoints (which you can use to get a free gift).

If you want to edit your subscription, press the “edit” button. You will be forwarded to the page where you can apply changes.

  • If you want to change the frequency for your next shipments, choose the frequency that suits you well and press the “Update your subscription” button.

  • For cancellation, press the “Cancel subscription” button, choose the cancelation reason on the next page and confirm cancellation.

For changing your personal data such as contact information or home address, you need to click on your name in the website menu. You will be transferred to the page, where you can edit the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Country

  • Zip Code

  • Email Address

  • Telephone number
