IMPORTANT NOTE! If you're sending your packages back from Denmark, we highly recommend you NOT  to use GLS since they do not have an option to send packages to the Box addresses. This means that we will not be able to get your package back and it will be returned to you. Thanks!

When you are thinking about returning some package to us, It is important to understand what kind of package you want to return. In other words, there are three types of packages that you may have:

  • Trial package - the initial order of your subscription;

  • Subscription package - the second and further packages that you receive with a subscription;

  • One-time package - the package that you bought for one-time use, without subscription;


Trial and One-time Packages

You are protected by the Right of Withdrawal Act and have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item on your trial package / one-time package shipment. The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to cancel the purchase for an unopened product and return the item. In order for the right of withdrawal to be enforced, the product must be delivered to Vitaliv AS in approximately the same quantity and condition as you received it. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for postage. Vitaliv AS sends you a right of withdrawal form by e-mail together with your order confirmation and in the trial package. 


Subscription Package

Since all shippings in the subscription are uniform services, there is no right of withdrawal for further deliveries in the subscription according to the Right of Withdrawal Act.
