If for some reason you need to cancel Vitaliv subscription, there are several ways of how you can do it.

My Page

The fastest and easiest way to stop your subscription is to use our My Page platform. You need to use your email or phone number and password that you’ve received in one of our emails to access the platform. If you cannot find your password, it’s not a problem, just use the “reset password” feature and you will get a new password to your email or via SMS.

Email Support

The other effective option of how you can cancel the subscription is to send us an email to kundeservice@vitaliv.no. Once we receive an email, we will cancel your subscription ASAP. Sometimes we need some additional actions from you to cancel the subscription, so please make sure that you receive a subscription cancellation confirmation in order to avoid misunderstanding in the future.


Telephone Support

Another effective method of how you can cancel your subscription is to call on our telephone line (+4722008000). Our telephone support is available from Monday till Friday between 10am and 15pm.
