For each purchase in Vitaliv you receive Vitapoints as a reward for your loyalty. You can exchange them for various gifts from our “gift shop”.
In order to order a gift, you should go to your My Page account and log in. Information about how to log in into My Page you can find in the following article - How to manage subscription (pause, change the delivery date, cancel, etc.) via My Page.
Once you reach the dashboard page, you will see your balance of Vitapoints. Click on “Redeem your points now” button and you will be forwarded to the page with available gifts. Choose any gift that you like and press “Choose this gift” button. That’s it! Your gift will arrive to you within 15 days from the moment we process your request.
NOTE! There are couple of important rules which you should consider while ordering the gift:
When you order a gift you should have active subscription to one of our products;
You can order only one gift at a time.
